2. Products, Sizing & Colors

  • Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our baby clothing as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to different mobile or computer screen settings.

  • Sizing: Please review our Size Chart carefully before ordering, as baby measurements can vary. A slight difference of up to 0.5 inches may occur due to manual measurement.

3. Pricing & Modifications All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or seasonal collection at any time.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) may be verified via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us before the parcel is dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery across Pakistan takes approximately 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may experience slight delays during peak sale events, public holidays, or unforeseen weather/road conditions.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website—including the Tiny Paws name, logo, product photography, size charts, graphics, and text—is the exclusive property of Tiny Paws and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Tiny Paws shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our website or courier delays beyond our control. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.

8. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
